First, I want to say that I agree with what a woman wrote, on a certain site:
"It's very possible that when a woman you're complimenting knows you and understands that you see her as a whole person and not just a collection of parts that are there for your amusement, she might accept your appreciation in the spirit with which it was given - and be pleased at the positive feedback. Her, as a whole person: Yes. What she accomplishes, does particularly well: Yes.
But then, I see nothing wrong with trying to fully appreciate her body.

Always pay much attention to her reactions; they will guide you.
Parts that she may like that you try to fully appreciate
Her hair
She often spends much time caring for that lovely, silky hair. Gently, slowly pass your hands through them. Their color, length, texture. To try to appreciate how well her hairstyle suits her.
Her eyes, eyelids
Never underestimate them. The windows to her soul, yes. Her intelligence, sensitivity are all there. Probably the parts of her you'll end up mostly looking at. They have their own language. Open. Closed.
Her lips, tongue
Who doesn't like kissing. All sorts of kisses, ways of kissing. Sensuality. Suggestiveness. They too have their own language. And those lips, that tongue can love you like few parts of her can.
Her ears, earlobes
Hear, hear! Sweet whispers. Softly talk to her. Stimulate her imagination. Gently bite those earlobes.
Her neck
If she throws her head back, you must be doing something good, right.
Her hands, palms, fingers, nails
She often spends much time caring for them too. Hmmm, the all so important sense of touch. Caresses. Exploration. Can you read her future, your future, in those palms? Again, those hands, fingers can love you like few parts of her can. The hands, fingers of a woman: you'll never forget them. Of course, should she not like what you're doing, those nails can also prove to be formidable weapons... A female cat's claws: you'll never forget them either...
Her breasts, nipples
Very important parts, very much part of her femininity, of course. Fully appreciating them is an art in itself. Be careful with those nipples. Most often very sensitive. Barely touching them is a bit like soft talk: It can speak volumes, provoke a tsunami in itself.

Could she be ticklish?
Her lower back
What is it about that part? Could it partly be that what's in front of it has a particular interest, that touching, caressing it can be quite suggestive, make her anticipate with much pleasure what's ahead? Kindly, slowly run your fingers down it.

You may in fact want to explore, visit those parts, before moving to the previous ones. Those legs are made for walking; but then, they can make you walk too... Tease her. Delicately build up the desire. Make her go crazy. How will she react? You'll see...
Her feet, soles, toes, toenails

And don't forget that she too will want to fully appreciate, explore your body. Let her do so.
