id: 10044389

Ingredients:
- 200 g flour
- 150 g butter (chilled)
- 100 g sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 200 g raspberries (fresh or frozen)
- 100 g dark chocolate (70%)
- 50 g powdered sugar
- A pinch of salt

Step by step process:

1. Preparing the dough:
- Remove the butter from the refrigerator and cut it into cubes. In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt.
- Add the butter to the dry ingredients and rub them with your hands or a blender until they resemble crumbs. Then add the egg and sugar, knead a soft dough.
- Wrap the dough in cling film and refrigerate for 30 minutes to make it more elastic.

2. Prepare the filling:
- Meanwhile, melt the chocolate in a water bath or in the microwave. Add the raspberries (thawed if using frozen), stir and let cool slightly.

3. Form the cake:
- Once the dough has cooled, roll it out on a floured surface to a thickness of 0.5 cm. Transfer the rolled out dough to a baking tin, choose a tin with removable sides for easy removal of the cake.
- Spread the chocolate-raspberry filling over the dough, leaving a small edge.

4. Bake:
- Lift the edges of the dough, forming sides. This will prevent the filling from leaking out during baking. Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 30-35 minutes, until the pastry is golden brown and the filling is warm.

5. The finishing touch:
- Once the cake has cooled, dust it with powdered sugar and garnish with fresh raspberries or a chocolate heart. You can also add mint for a festive freshness.
Serving:
The cake will look even more beautiful if you serve it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream. Its aroma and taste will definitely create an unforgettable mood for your celebration. This dessert will be a great accent to a romantic dinner, and your loved one will definitely appreciate the effort you put into preparing it.
Why this cake?
This cake combines two important symbols for Valentine's Day: chocolate - as a sign of deep affection and passion, and raspberries - as a symbol of love. In addition, its preparation will not take much time, which will allow you to pay more attention to other aspects of the holiday.
I wish you an unforgettable celebration and a good mood!
