Perhaps the problem is that we are used to being perfect in the eyes of others. They want to see us happy, carefree, and in control. And we try to live up to this image, even when we feel completely different emotions inside. We're afraid to admit to ourselves that sometimes it's hard for us, sometimes we feel sad, sometimes we just want to give up and get away from the whole world.
