I offer further comments on your blog and response here; I hope you can understand why.

I cannot answer to why you find so many older men here seeking younger women. I can only speak for myself.

About my age preference in a woman I have had two wives during the course of my life. The ages of both were no more than 16 months different than mine.

I can tell you through many years of my search I have met and spent varying amounts of time with ten Ukrainian ladies both in Ukraine and elsewhere. In nine of those ten cases the lady's age was no more than five years different from mine - and this includes older and not just younger. In all cases I have been perfectly satisfied with the attractiveness and physical appearance of those 'older' ladies I have met or been married to. Attractiveness and physical appearance are not among the problems I have experienced in my search.

But I do see your point about physical appearances and age. I read all news I can find about the conflict in the Donbas and I agree with your point. The typical appearance of 50-something women having to live under those hardships is usually far different than the physical appearance of 50-something ladies on these sites.
