I started with small changes: I added more water to my diet, started moving more, allowed myself to rest without guilt. The most important thing is to find what suits you. Some people are comfortable running in the morning, and some people do yoga before bed. There is no universal recipe, but there is a principle: do what brings you pleasure, and then a healthy lifestyle will become a habit, not an obligation.

For me, not only physical health is important, but also psychological. In the modern world, we often forget about ourselves, grab a bunch of things and do not notice how stress accumulates. That's why I'm learning to listen to myself, find time for rest, communication with loved ones, favorite activities.

The main thing is not to set strict limits for yourself. A short walk, a favorite book, a day without social networks, delicious food without remorse - all this is also about health. Taking care of yourself should not be a sacrifice, it should be joy. And when you realize this, life becomes much simpler and more pleasant.
