It is important to learn how to cope with it so as not to lose inner harmony. I realized that to do this, you need to pay attention to your state, thoughts and emotions, because they directly affect our physical health and psycho-emotional state.
The first thing I learned is the importance of awareness. When you begin to notice that stress manifests itself in the body or in thoughts, you are already halfway to a solution. It is important to stop, take a break and ask yourself: "Why am I worried? What is bothering me?" Often, stress occurs because we do not understand the true reasons for our worries. Understanding your emotions helps to avoid unnecessary anxiety.
The second important step is breathing practices. When I feel that I am starting to lose control, I practice deep breathing. A few deep breaths in and out calm the nervous system and bring clarity to my thoughts. This helps me feel more balanced.
I have also learned to prioritize my life. Sometimes we find ourselves in a state of stress because we are under the pressure of many obligations. I have learned to prioritize the main things and not to waste time on trifles. This helps to focus on what is really important and reduces stress levels.

By cultivating mindfulness, practicing relaxation, taking care of our bodies, and connecting with loved ones, we can learn to cope with stress and maintain harmony in our lives.
