When you feel bad, listen to nature.

It is so easy to get lost in the noise of the modern world. It seems that every moment is filled with sounds - from the hum of cars to constant notifications on the phone. But when the soul is restless, it is the silence of nature that becomes the healing balm that helps to find balance.
You only have to go to the park, to the river or to the forest, and the world around you begins to sound differently. The rustling of leaves, the rustling of grass underfoot, the singing of birds - these sounds do not require an answer, do not impose advice and do not judge. They simply exist, accepting you as you are.
Nature does not demand anything from us in return. It does not ask questions, does not pester with unnecessary consolations, does not try to fill the pause with words. Its silence is a space for reflection, in order to hear your true thoughts. At such moments comes the understanding that many problems that seemed huge are not worth a drop of dew on the morning grass.
When it seems that the world is collapsing, try to stop. Sit on a bench under a tree or just close your eyes, leaning against the trunk. Feel the wind ruffling your hair, the sun warming your skin. At this moment comes the realization that life goes on, that nature moves in its own way, despite our experiences.
Nature teaches us patience. Trees grow for years, overcoming winds and storms. Rivers slowly wear away stones, slowly, but without stopping. This is a reminder that time heals, that any difficulties can be overcome if you allow yourself a little silence and let events take their own course.
Therefore, when your heart is heavy, do not seek solace in the bustle. Listen to nature. Perhaps its silence will give answers to the most important questions of your soul. Maria.
