I have always taken care of my family, children and work, and now that the children have grown up and gone on their own, I have time for myself. How wonderful! And then comes the moment when I look in the mirror with a smile and understand: "This is me, and I am ready for a change!" I am full of energy, happy to meet new people and, most importantly, I am not afraid to dream again.

I am ready for radical changes: for example, to go on a trip. Forget about stereotypes and limitations! I will fill my life with new impressions, communication with interesting people and amazing discoveries.

Every morning I start with a vigorous workout and positive attitudes, and the evenings are filled with new hobbies. I feel young and free.

So, dear readers, if you have recently turned 50 or even more! Take inspiration and do not put off your dreams for "later". Your life is just beginning, and it can be as exciting as never before!
