Training 🏋️‍♀️ that saves from chaos and gives strength 💪

is training day, and although sometimes I’m too lazy to go to the gym, I always thank myself for it later. After strength training, the body seems to come alive, and thoughts become clearer.

You know, I’ve always believed that sports are not only about physical fitness, but also about character. Perseverance, self-discipline, striving for the best - all this is formed in the process. Perhaps that’s why I like people who are not afraid of challenges, who know how to move forward and achieve their goals.

I’m wondering, do you have sports in your life? Do you prefer something active, with adrenaline, or do you prefer calm training, stretching, yoga? I can imagine how cool it would be to train together... Would you make me do more reps or find another way to motivate me not to stop? 😉
