What to do if it feels like you're stuck in one place

There are times when everything around you seems unchanging and you feel like you're standing still. In such moments, I try to rethink my goals and look for small changes that can ignite the spark of a new beginning. I start with self-reflection: writing down what makes me happy and what doesn't and looking for new interests. Often a change of scenery helps - a small trip, a meeting with friends or even a walk in a new part of the city can provide fresh impressions. I also experiment with new hobbies, discover books or courses that I have long wanted to study. It's important to remember that being stuck is a temporary state, and every step, even the smallest, brings you closer to change. Give yourself the opportunity to make mistakes and try new things - it is in these changes that growth and forward movement lies.
