Firstly, I have always loved sharing knowledge. Even in school, I liked explaining complex topics to my classmates, finding simple words for what seemed incomprehensible. It brought me special pleasure - to see someone's eyes light up with the realization: "I understand!". This moment was key for me in choosing a profession.
Secondly, being a teacher is not only about knowledge, but also about influencing the future. We form personalities, help children find themselves, learn to think, ask questions and seek answers. Not only the level of education depends on us, but also the attitude of students to the world, to themselves.
Another reason why I chose this profession is constant development. A teacher never stops learning. New methods, modern technologies, changes in the program - all this forces me to constantly improve. I can't just stop and repeat the same thing year after year. This is a profession that keeps me in shape, makes me think, look for approaches, and understand new generations.
And, perhaps most importantly, emotions. Yes, there are hard days, difficult students, moments when I give up. But when you see a student who didn't understand anything before suddenly starts to respond brilliantly; when former students come to you and say that you influenced their lives - you understand that it was all not in vain.
I chose the profession of a teacher because I want to change the world. Even if it's just one child whom I helped find their way - that's a huge achievement.
