I want to be told, "You're awesome because you always find a way out of difficult situations." Or, "Thank you for being there for me, you make life easier." Or even just, "I'm proud of you."

I want this day to be a reminder not of flowers (although they are nice), but of how important words are. About how women are appreciated not just once a year, but always.

So, if you don't know how to congratulate, just say it from the heart. It is more valuable than any gifts.
