March 10 – dietitian’s day: time to eat something healthy

Dietitians are like wizards, but without beards and robes. They don’t cast spells - they simply say, “Less sugar, more fiber!” And we nod obediently… while secretly finishing a cupcake behind their back.

Of course, healthy eating is important. But let’s be honest - how often do we promise to start a new life on Monday? And then we remember that Monday is stressful… and stress calls for comfort food.

So, let’s give a big shoutout to dietitians! Thank you for patiently teaching us to love quinoa, avocado, and not be afraid of the word calories. And we, in turn, promise to try our best… starting tomorrow. 😊
