Every step, every movement is a harmony of strength and grace. This art requires incredible discipline, but in return gives a feeling of flight, freedom and beauty.
Being a coach in rhythmic gymnastics means not just teaching, but inspiring. I see how the eyes of my students light up when they succeed in something that seemed impossible yesterday.
These are the most valuable moments. I help them not only hone their technique, but also feel the music, find their own style, live every movement with their heart.
