Silence as a source of strength: why i have learnt to appreciate moments of solitude
id: 10052366

In a world full of information noise, we are less and less often left in silence. We are accompanied by background music, voice messages, TV series, phone calls. We fill the pauses because we fear loneliness. But one day I realised that silence is not a void, but a powerful resource.

When I started taking time for solitude, it was unfamiliar at first. But I soon noticed that it was in these moments that the most valuable ideas were born. Without distractions, I understand myself better, listening to my true desires rather than what the outside world dictates.

I now consciously create space for silence - in the morning before I start my day, during a walk or before I go to sleep. These moments help me to revitalise, find inspiration and feel truly alive. Silence is not an emptiness, but an opportunity to be filled with something important.
