Alcohol and instincts: why are we becoming closer to our natural desires? 🍷🔥

🍷 Reduced control and liberation.
Alcohol suppresses the prefrontal cortex of the brain, the area responsible for self-control and rational thinking. We stop analyzing our every action and start acting as our instincts tell us.

🔥 Increased sensitivity.
Alcoholic drinks increase blood circulation, which means that skin sensitivity improves. Touching becomes more pleasant, and the desire for physical contact is stronger.

💃 Increased self-confidence.
Many have noticed that after a couple of cocktails, shyness disappears, and boldness in words and actions appears. As a result, we make contact more easily, take initiative, and are not afraid to show our true desires.

❤️ Hormonal storm.
Alcohol stimulates the production of dopamine, the pleasure hormone. As a result, our brain begins to look for sources of pleasant sensations, and what could be more pleasant than hugs, kisses and closeness with someone we are attracted to?

😏 The illusion of removing boundaries.
Social boundaries and prohibitions become less significant, we begin to allow ourselves what would seem too bold in ordinary life. This explains why many people behave more openly and passionately after drinking alcohol.

Alcohol - friend or foe?
Despite all the advantages, do not forget that excessive alcohol consumption can lead to a loss of control, and sometimes to consequences that you later regret. Therefore, it is important to know your limits and remember: true passion and natural desires should not depend only on a glass in your hand. 😉

So, is alcohol just a catalyst for what we wanted anyway, or a way to hide behind a mask of courage? Share your opinion! 💬💋
