If you want to know a person, look not at how they start, but at how they finish.

The beginning: delight and motivation. When we start something new, we are driven by the energy of inspiration. Novelty is exciting, it seems that there are no obstacles. At this stage, a person shows his ability to be creative, inspired and even adventurous. But first impressions can be deceiving.
The test of time. As you move towards your goal, enthusiasm inevitably faces difficulties. This is where important qualities come into play: discipline, patience and the ability to overcome obstacles. Many give up halfway, finding excuses or switching to other things. However, those who know how to finish what they started have special character traits – fortitude and persistence.
Completion: a person’s true face. The real test is the final stage. Does a person finish a task with the same zeal as when they started it? Or does they give up when they lose interest? The way a person finishes things can be used to judge their reliability, responsibility and ability to take on obligations.
True personal strength is not revealed in a bright start, but in a worthy completion. It is the end of the road that shows how capable a person is of self-discipline, how reliable and purposeful they are. So, if you want to know who you can rely on, look not at their first steps, but at their last ones. Nadya.
