Wake up without stress. I admit, I used to set my alarm to sound loud, but now I always choose soft music or sounds of nature. This helps me wake up calmly, without stress, and gives me a couple of minutes to realize that a new day is beginning, and I am ready for it.

I tune in to a positive mood. I never forget to tune in to a good mood. I turn on my favorite music, read something inspiring or just smile at myself in the mirror. This helps me start the day with joy.
