A warm bath with aromatic oils. A bath is my way of relaxing. I fill it with warm water and add essential oils like lavender or chamomile. This helps relax the muscles and calm the nervous system. 15-20 minutes in such a bath - and I’m ready to relax.
A walk in the fresh air. When I want to exhale, I just go outside. Even a short walk helps me clear my head of worries and gain fresh energy. And by the way, it’s not only good for the mind, but also for the body.
Reading a book. A fascinating book is the best way to be transported to another world. In the evening, when I need to take a break from work, I often pick up a good book. It helps me to switch off from everyday affairs and immerse myself in a new world.
Music and meditation. Sometimes I just turn on calm music or turn on meditation to give myself the opportunity to calm down. This helps to relax my thoughts and tune in to rest.
Aromatherapy. When there is no time for a bath or a walk, I use aroma lamps with essential oils. They create a relaxing atmosphere in the room, and I can calmly tune in to rest.
