Recipe: Pasta with shrimp and garlic

200 g shrimp (peeled and thawed)

1/2 cup cream

Instructions:
Pasta preparation:
Boil water in a large saucepan and add salt. Boil the pasta until al dente, following the instructions on the package. After cooking, drain the water, leaving some for the sauce.

Cooking shrimp:
While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and fry until golden brown (about 1-2 minutes).

Making the sauce:
Add the shrimp to the pan and cook until they turn pink (about 2-3 minutes). Pour in the white wine (if using it) and let it evaporate a little. Then add the cream and simmer for another 2-3 minutes.

Mixing the ingredients:
Add the boiled pasta to the pan with the shrimp and sauce. Mix well so that the pasta is covered with sauce. If necessary, add a little paste of water to achieve the desired consistency.

Supply:
Serve the pasta hot, sprinkled with grated parmesan cheese and fresh herbs. This dish goes well with a glass of white wine and a light salad.
