For some, it’s the gym and weights; for others, it’s running or even chess (yep, your brain needs a workout too). The key is to find what’s yours and truly enjoy it. Personally, I love that feeling when, after a workout, even lifting a cup of coffee is a challenge - that’s when you know your day wasn’t wasted!
Sports are an honest friend. They don’t accept excuses, don’t tolerate laziness, but they reward hard work - with strength, endurance, and self-confidence. Oh, and also with the ability to eat an extra burger guilt-free.
So, if you’re feeling too lazy to get up for that morning run, just remember how great it feels to be in shape. Or at least how cool it sounds to say, "I’m at the gym, I’ll call you back later."
