Success is a journey not a destination. One can be succeed suddenly or
by luck, but hard word is important to retain the success for a long
time.
Try to work for someone who'll challenge your powers. You will learn
new things with him/ her.
Dress up very well, Let your dress reflect professionalism
Make prior dead lines (few hours/ days before the exact assignment).
It will keep you away from stress. If unable to complete within
deadline then apologize & request to extend the deadline.
Don't talk negatively about people behind their backs. Mind your own business.
Learn from every body in your circle because Successful bosses have
good communication skills, they even learn from their employees.
Let your work speak not flattery.
Always make two alternative plans for the future, If ‘A’ will fail
then ‘B’ will be there to complement A.
Take your health as well as your work. Bad health can pull you miles
back from your success.
Respect the time; don’t take excuses for everyday delay. It will affect you
Don’t take things personally. You can’t make every one happy with you,
but always struggle to give your best.
