If as a child you saw conflicts, ignoring feelings, or a lack of love, you may have formed beliefs that prevent you from building healthy relationships. Write down your thoughts about love and partnership. For example:
- “All relationships end in pain”
- “I don’t know how to love correctly”
- “I am not worthy of healthy love”

Awareness is the first step to change. Start replacing destructive beliefs with new ones: “I can build strong and trusting relationships.” 💡

Learn to express emotions and needs 💬
If there was no open communication in your family, you may find it difficult to talk about feelings. Practice:
- Talk openly about what makes you happy and what worries you.
- Ask your partner how they feel and what they want.

Without a healthy relationship example, there is a risk of unconsciously reaching out to toxic people. Pay attention:
- Are you drawn to partners who devalue you or do not give you warmth?
- Are you afraid to open up so as not to be rejected?
- Do relationships bring more stress than joy?

Learn to distinguish between healthy attachment and dependence. The ideal partner is someone who respects you, supports you, and cares about your feelings. 💕
