I'd rather die of passion than of boredom.

Because boredom is death, only slow and imperceptible. You sit, look out the window, stare at the clock, and think: "Is that my whole life?" I would definitely prefer to die of passion, and not from endless tedious yawning. How is it even possible to live without vivid sensations? It's boring, like a TV series without a plot. Yes, passion is like an accident on the highway: fast, bright, but terribly scary. But what a drive! It can be painful and unexpected, but you feel that you are not just wasting your time in life, but are actually experiencing something. You fell in love - and now you are like a hero of a melodrama, even if you yourself have not yet understood what is happening. But it is better this way than to slowly fade away like a candle, not knowing what “drama” or “extreme” is. Well, if we are being completely honest, who said that you cannot die beautifully from passion? Remember at least the greats: Romeo and Juliet, who died from love. Let it be a little excessive, of course, but how epic! And here is all these adventures, trips, quarrels and reconciliations - life is rich, full of colors. Boredom is when you do the same thing day after day. Breakfast, work, TV series. You can sit at this table with a book in your hands and think: “Well, if I open this page again now, I will definitely die. From boredom.” Or you can't even remember the last time something new happened. So the next time someone offers you a quiet and measured life - say: "No, thank you! I'd rather scream with passion than yawn in the corner!"
