How to learn to truly love yourself

Self-love is tenderness and acceptance of my shortcomings. I am not perfect. I can be naive, too emotional or dreamy. But this is not a reason to be upset. I am learning to accept my weaknesses and turn them into my strength.
Small rituals of happiness help me stay in harmony: fragrant coffee in the morning, a warm blanket in the evening, a new book on the weekend. I surround myself with what makes me happy, even if it's little things.
The main thing is to be honest with yourself. Allow yourself to cry when it hurts and laugh when it's joyful. Loving yourself does not mean ignoring your flaws, but accepting them and continuing to move forward.
