Loneliness and its consequences. why are we always looking for love?🤔🤔
id: 10056492

Why are we so afraid of loneliness? Is it the fear of being unnecessary? Or is our nature simply programmed to seek intimacy? After all, even those who say that they are comfortable alone, still, deep down, are waiting for someone to fill this invisible gap.

I often think: is love 💖 a need or a choice?

Are we looking for it because we feel bad without it, or because it makes us better, fills us with meaning?
After all, it happens that, having found love, we lose ourselves, dissolve in another person.
And if it is not there, it seems that life is incomplete, as if something is missing.

But what is scarier - to be alone or to be with someone who does not make you happy?
After all, in order not to feel emptiness, we sometimes agree to less than we deserve.
We tolerate, hope, justify.

And this is perhaps the saddest consequence of loneliness - it makes us vulnerable to false feelings.

But maybe loneliness is not an enemy?
Maybe it is necessary to understand yourself, to learn to love yourself before looking for love in another? After all, only someone who is whole inside can create real, harmonious relationships.

What do you think? Are we looking for love because we really need it, or simply because we are afraid to be alone?🤔
