1. Plan wisely, not out of habit
🗓 Use to-do lists, but don't overload them. It's better to have 3 important tasks a day than 15 "just in case".
⏰ The Pomodoro Method (25 minutes of work / 5 minutes of rest) - works surprisingly well. Especially if you tend to get distracted.
2. Remove noise
📱 Turn off notifications.
🎧 If it helps, turn on background music or nature sounds. But without words. Words interfere with thinking.
3. Start with the most unpleasant
This rule is called "eat the frog" (yes, ESL, so be it). Do the most difficult or unpleasant thing at the beginning of the day - it will only get easier later.
4. Rest is part of productivity
😴 Sleep is not weakness, but an upgrade for the brain.
🚶♂️ Take breaks. Don't just scroll through your feed, go outside, move, breathe.
5. Be honest with yourself
Not working today? Okay. Don't beat yourself up. Just shorten your plan. Tomorrow is a new day.
Don't compare yourself to supermen from the Internet. You have your own rhythm and path.
6. Appreciate small victories
✅ Complete a task - praise yourself.
Even if you only did one thing - it's not zero.
Productivity is not a sprint, it's a marathon. It's not about doing everything, it's about doing what's important. Take care of yourself, set realistic goals and don't forget that you are not a robot. And that's great.
