From 5am to 8am, I had time just for me. No calls, no notifications, no rushing. I started reading books, exercising, meditating, and calmly planning my day. And, you know, the day really started to unfold differently. More mindful, calm and productive.
It's not magic - it's just that the quiet of the morning, when the rest of the world is still asleep, helps you hear yourself.
