Usually I just run away to the park or go out of town for a day or two. Where you can listen to the birds singing and watch the grass sway in the wind. Sometimes I take a book or a notebook to write down everything that is spinning in my head.
It's a kind of escape from reality that helps me feel whole again. I love wandering along the paths and thinking about everything in the world - from childhood memories to dreams about the future. At such moments, you realize that not everything is as difficult as it seems.
After such pauses, I come back completely different - as if filled with new energy and inspiration. So don't be afraid to disappear from time to time. Sometimes this is the best way to find yourself.
