And it seems: everything is wrong. I'm not the same. The world is generally mocking.

Stop. Take a breath. Breathe. It's just a bad day.
Not a bad life. Life is not one Monday with crooked hands. It's also a morning that smells of fresh buns.
And a song that catches you in your headphones at the right moment. And laughter to tears with a friend.
And that evening when someone looks at you as if you are all they need. Life is not just "broken". It will also be fixed. It is not just "didn't work out". It also suddenly worked out! And yes, sometimes we fall, but more often we get up. Because we can. Because it is not the first time.
Everyone has bad days. Even the sunniest ones.
But they do not define us. They just remind:
slow down, listen to yourself, do not rush, do not demand perfection.
And, most importantly, do not forget:
You have already been through worse. You have already exhaled and worried.

So... Pour some tea. Wrap yourself in a blanket. Stroke your heart.
It's just a bad day.
But you have a good, warm, real life.
And it is waiting for you. Tomorrow. Or even after just a couple of deep breaths.
