On such days, I don’t try to be a superhero. I allow myself to cry or get angry if there is a reason for it. Usually I take out a notebook and just write down everything that is in my head. This helps me organize my thoughts and let go of what is weighing me down.
Then I take a hot tea, turn on an old favorite movie and just give myself time to calm down. Sometimes even a short walk helps clear my head. I realized that you don’t always have to be strong. Sometimes you can give yourself weakness and just be human.
After such days, moments of joy come when you realize that you survived it. And the main thing is to never forget: even when it’s hard, you need to give yourself the right to rest and self-recovery.
