There are days when the sky is gloomy, drops are knocking on the glass, and it seems as if the whole world is wrapped in a gray blanket. At such moments, it is so easy to sink into melancholy - but you know what I realized?
Even on a cloudy day, the sun does not go anywhere. It just hides behind the clouds. And in the same way - joy and warmth do not disappear inside us. They can quiet down, hide in the corner of the heart, but they do not die.
Sometimes in rainy weather it is especially important to arrange a small sunny miracle for yourself:
brew your favorite tea with the aroma of orange and cinnamon, put on a cozy sweater, light candles, open your favorite book.
Or maybe - write someone a warm message. Just like that. For no reason.
The light returns.
Sometimes the sky is gray, but in the soul it can be bright, if you cherish there the love for life, for yourself, for others.
