Once upon a time, i couldn't even fry an egg... and now i'm inviting you to dinner! 😉

So I used to think that the kitchen was not my territory.
My maximum is to boil water and throw in a pack of noodles. Fried eggs? Let's put it this way... once I managed to burn three eggs in a row. And this is not a joke. Three. In a row. Moreover, one time I even forgot to turn on the stove - and honestly sat there, watching the eggs not cook. 😅

But everything changed — not overnight, of course. Little by little. At first, I just wanted to cook something myself. For myself. Without any reason. Just to feel that thrill — when you create something delicious with your own hands. I started with the simplest thing — pasta with sauce. (Yes, it was from a jar, but at least I added garlic! That's creativity, right?)

And then I somehow got into it. I started experimenting. I made mistakes, spoiled products, poured out soups that looked more like a mystery of the universe...

But gradually I began to understand that cooking is not about perfect dishes from Instagram. It's about the feeling of home. About the aroma of vanilla in the morning. About how the oil sizzles in the frying pan. About the moment when someone tries your pancakes and says: "Wow, did you cook this?"

And now I really love cooking. Not as a duty, but as a way to please someone, to warm them up, to give them a little coziness. For me, it has become something very personal. I love to improvise, to watch people eat — and next time to cook to their taste. One of my close friends once said: “Even your tea is somehow cozy.” And that was the best compliment.

By the way, one day I decided to cook borscht “like grandma used to make.” 😂😂I got down to it with enthusiasm — I found a recipe, bought everything on the list… but mixed up the salt and sugar.
Yes, that same borscht became a dessert. We laughed for a long time afterwards, and I still remember the oversalted sugar with a smile.

Since then, I am no longer afraid of mistakes in the kitchen. But I know: when you cook with soul, even simple buckwheat with fried mushrooms can be better than a restaurant.

And also… I always think about how great it is to cook together.

Not just dividing tasks (you cut, I stir), but chatting, laughing, tasting, turning on music, arguing, setting timers, and eventually sitting down at the table with the feeling that you did something together. Delicious. Real. Simple, but warm. How's that for a relationship, right? 😊

So... do you want me to cook you my signature pasta with roasted pepper sauce sometime?

Or cinnamon pancakes for breakfast?

Or maybe I'll teach you how to bake my favorite apple pie?
Just don't laugh if I confuse flour with starch (yes, that's happened 😄).

Tell me better: do you have a signature dish?
Or are you one of those who thinks that the kitchen is a hostile zone? I promise: I will accept you with any culinary story.
The main thing is that it's interesting. With fire.🔥🔥

After all, the most delicious thing in cooking is not even the food. It's the people for whom you cook.😂

The one who learned to fry eggs - and now believes that a frying pan can be the beginning of something real 🍳💛
