One day I decided: enough. I did an audit of the closet, took out everything that I hadn’t worn for a long time, and realized that I was overloaded. I gave some of my things to friends and to charity. I left only my favorite and necessary things. And then I began to ask myself questions before each purchase, do I really need this? Does it suit me? Will I wear it often?
Now I buy consciously. I think more, spend less. And I feel lighter. There is more space in the apartment, order in my head, peace in my soul. Shopping is now a joy, not an attempt to fill an inner emptiness.
