First of all, I've started getting up earlier. Not that I'm a lark now, but instead of 8am, I now get up at 6:30am. This gives me an hour to myself: I do some light yoga, meditate, or just drink tea while watching the sunrise. Sounds like something out of a movie, but in reality I've fallen asleep right on my mat a couple of times. 😅 I feel more awake though!
And another thing - I started a “gratitude journal.” Every night I write down three things I'm grateful for that day. Sometimes it's something big, like seeing a friend, and sometimes it's just a delicious croissant or a warm scarf. It really helps to notice the good even on gray days.
My spring reset is still in process, and I'm not striving to be perfect. The key is to move at my own pace and enjoy the small steps. Have you tried any changes this spring ? Maybe you have rituals of your own? Write me, I'm always up for inspiration!
