Honesty is the first chapter of the book of wisdom.

We live in a world where masks change with enviable speed. Where it is more convenient to be “nice” than sincere. Where it is easier to smile than to say: “It hurts me.”

But true wisdom begins exactly where honesty appears.
Being honest does not mean being tough
This is not about saying everything straight out, offending or cutting with the truth.
This is about not betraying yourself.
Not playing a role, not agreeing if you don’t want to. Not hiding feelings if they ask to come out.
Sometimes the deepest honesty sounds like:
— “I don’t know.”
— “I’m scared.”
— “I want it differently.”
— “I’m tired.”
— "I love."
Wisdom is not in knowing everything
But in living in harmony with yourself, without getting entangled in the web of "how it should be" and "what they will think."
When you are honest, you are free.
When you are honest, you are truly heard.
When you are honest, even mistakes become lessons, not reasons for shame.
The first page of the book of wisdom
If you imagine life as a book, then on the first page there will be no complex formulas or abstruse quotes.
On the first page there will be one simple word:
"Be yourself."
And in this honesty there will be everything — the path, the depth, and the strength.
