Toxic people: you don't notice them, but they ruin your life....
id: 10049649

How often have you thought about who is really around you? We all talk about toxic relationships, but we rarely think about the toxic people we allow into our lives. It’s not just about relationships with partners or friends, but also those who simply "linger" in your social circle. Sometimes, they can be so subtle that you don’t even realize how much their influence affects you. Toxic people often don’t shout about their toxicity; they act quietly and delicately — manipulating, lowering your self-esteem, making you doubt yourself.

Such people may seem completely normal, even good, but their behavior is a subtle form of pressure. Toxic people are not always the ones who yell or argue. They could be the ones who are “always right” or those who constantly complain about everything and everyone. Over time, they begin to change your perception of reality, and you start questioning yourself. Sometimes, you just need to step back, take a pause, and distance yourself from such people, even though it might be painful. It’s one of the hardest steps, because often, we don’t realize how much such people can destroy our life and sense of self.

But have you ever noticed how hard it can be to recognize them in time and take the step that will bring relief?
