🎨🥚 spring, easter and a personal reset: how i'm falling in love with life again
id: 10050383

Easter in our home isn't just about paskas, eggs and “Christ is risen” a hundred times a day. It's more than that. It's a time when even my son, who usually can't find his backpack in the morning, suddenly becomes a philosopher:
- Mom, why does the bunny have eggs?
Now that's the explanation. 😅

I'm realizing more and more: Easter is about RETURN. Faith, love, and... patience. Especially when you're trying to color eggs with your kid and you end up with “egg modern art” and the kitchen resembles a battlefield. But it's fun! 🎨🥚

I'm noticing how much I want to be a better person with this holiday coming up. Not for the sake of a check mark. But because spring whispers: "Give it another chance. To be happy. To take care of yourself. To believe that everything will be okay."

My son is drawing an Easter bunny, who for some reason has a beard and glasses - “because he's grown up and smart.” And I'm baking an Easter cake, hoping it doesn't explode in the oven this time like last year. (No one got hurt except my self-esteem as a baker.)

That's how we live. Easter is a little reminder that life can be bright, kind, cinnamon and icing. And even if you get tired - there's faith, there's spring, there's meaning to re-breathe the air and... fall in love with this life.
