☕ coffee: an art, a ritual, a pleasure
id: 10052195

I adore coffee. Not just as a drink — as a state of being.
It’s like a kiss at sunrise, a soft touch in the silence… a little joy I gift myself every morning.
The morning doesn’t start with the alarm. It starts with the aroma. Warm, deep, slightly bitter — it fills the kitchen, hugs the body, awakens the mind. Sometimes I close my eyes, take that first sip… and the world becomes softer.

🌍 Types of Coffee Everyone Should Try
Coffee isn’t just black liquid with sugar. It’s a whole world of flavors, textures, and moods:
Espresso — strong and intense. Like a quick kiss in the dark. Perfect for a sharp start to the day.

Americano — smoother than espresso, but still with character. I sip it when I want to slow down.

Latte — the perfect blend of milk and coffee. Gentle, like a vanilla hug.

Cappuccino — foam, warmth, a touch of sweetness. I drink it when I want to flirt with myself.

Flat White — less milk, more coffee flavor. Ideal for deep morning talks.

Raf — creamy, often with vanilla or lavender. Not just coffee, but a dessert in a cup.

My favorite? Oat milk latte with a sprinkle of cinnamon. It’s my ritual. My tiny way of choosing myself first.

🌿 Coffee and Health: The Benefits You Might Not Know
When you drink coffee with love and balance — it supports you, not harms you:
Boosts alertness — caffeine stimulates your brain and helps with focus.

Speeds up metabolism — a great pre-workout boost.

Rich in antioxidants — fights inflammation, protects your cells, and slows down aging.

Lowers the risk of certain diseases — like type 2 diabetes, Parkinson’s, and Alzheimer’s.

Lifts your mood — caffeine increases dopamine and serotonin (hello, happy hormones!).

But balance is everything. Here’s what I’ve learned to follow for myself:

💡 How to Drink Coffee Right: My Personal Rules
Never on an empty stomach.
Coffee stimulates acid production, which can irritate your tummy. Breakfast first — then coffee.

Stick to 2–3 cups a day.
Especially if you’re sensitive like me — too much and your heart might dance a little too fast.

Drink water alongside coffee.
It slightly dehydrates you, so I always have a glass of water nearby.

Choose quality over quantity.
One cup of freshly brewed beans is better than five instant ones.

Best time: Morning to early afternoon.
After that? Only if you're okay chatting with your ceiling till 3 a.m. 😅

💬 My Coffee Thoughts…
Sometimes I feel like coffee is just like a relationship.
Too strong — it’s bitter.
Too diluted — it loses all taste.
The magic is in balance, in the right warmth, in your own rhythm.
And you have to sip it slowly. To really feel it.
One day, I want to wake up in a new city, in an oversized white shirt, wrapped in someone’s arms… and hear the sound of coffee brewing in the kitchen. Not out of duty. But because he wants to see me smile.

So tell me — how do you like your coffee?
And who would you want to share a cup with right now? 😉
