I was in church on Easter. It is special for me - not just a tradition, but something that touches the soul.

I went to the night service, as I do every year.

And every time - it's like the first.

When you approach the temple, dark, but full of candlelight, everything inside seems to freeze.

You stand in silence, among people who came not just "to celebrate the holiday", but to come with their hearts. Everyone is nearby, but each one seems to be inside themselves.

And so the service begins...
The silence gives way to the ringing of bells, the choir sings "Christ is Risen", and it seems as if this sound is not just heard - it passes through you, fills you from within.
People light candles, pass the fire to each other - from hand to hand, from heart to heart.
Faces glow, even the most serious ones - suddenly become warm, kind.

I stood in the corner, prayed, thought about loved ones, about those who are near and those who are far away.
And then I just looked... at people, at the light, at children who were tightly pressed to their parents, at old women with Easter cakes in headscarves.
There was a feeling that we were all here for a reason.
That we are all parts of something bigger.

When I went outside - it was still dark, but the sky was already beginning to brighten.
I walked home very slowly.
I didn't want to talk, I didn't even want to think.
Just carry this silence within me. This warmth.
This faith, which seemed to have become a little closer for a while.

You know, lately I have noticed more and more often: people have begun to treat such days differently.

Maybe because there are too many worries, changes.

It seems like we have again started looking for something reliable, eternal, something that does not change, no matter what.
