Do you have a place where the warmest moments live?
I have a box in which I keep little things from my childhood. Postcards, candy wrappers, photos, little notes. For some, it is trash, but for me, it is a real treasure.
There is a ticket from the circus where I laughed to tears. There is a letter from a friend that we wrote in class. There is a dried flower from our first date (well, almost a date 😄).
When I am sad, I open this box. And I remember how easy it used to be to be happy with simple things. I want to keep this in myself - the ability to see beauty in little things.
