Working out outdoors is not only about fitness, but also about the vibrant energy that awakens in the body. I recently switched from the gym to the nearest park, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions. The morning coolness, sunlight, birdsong - all this energizes you more than any coffee. Simplicity is inspiring - you don't need complex exercise equipment, it's more important to have an inner attitude and desire to move. The main thing is to listen to your body, start with warming up, and follow the technique. And further - improvise: circuit training, stretching, cardio, yoga. Each session is like a little adventure, where you don't just work on yourself, but enjoy the process. Training outdoors fills your body with strength and your head with clarity. Try it and you may never want to go back to indoor gyms again.
