People and angels: fragility as strength.
id: 10056496

The phrase “We are all people, fragile and capable to the extent of our natural nature; only a few are angels.” sounds like a reminder: not everyone has to be a hero, not everyone is born to shine. Most of us are just people. And there is a special, very deep beauty in this.
Fragility is not weakness
Fragility is not about instability, it is about liveliness.
A thin vase is no worse than a metal teapot - it is just different.
We experience pain, shame, anxiety - and this is our authenticity.
Our ability to feel makes us people, not machines.
We do not have to be iron. Even the strongest break, and this does not make them less valuable. True strength is not in not falling, but in getting up after every fall.
Ability in moderation
We are not omnipotent. We do what we can, based on our capabilities. And sometimes that is enough.
Stop comparing yourself to someone who seems “perfect.” Everyone has their own measure: someone can run a marathon, someone can barely get out of bed, but continues to fight - and this is already a feat.
And who are the angels?
Sometimes you meet people in whom something more seems to shine: boundless patience, compassion, love that does not expect anything in return. They are few and far between. But this does not mean that they are better - they are just different. Perhaps their path is special.
But we do not have to be them.
We can simply be kind. Simply honest. Simply ourselves.
And that is already enough.
Accepting yourself means being at peace with yourself
Admit your limits.
Accept your weaknesses.
Don't expect the impossible from yourself.
Only by accepting your fragility can you find inner peace. Only by understanding that you are not an angel, but a human being, can you truly breathe.
We don't have to be saints. We can be real.
And this is the most honest and rare virtue.
Because being human is a miracle in itself.
