How i'm learning to be organized
id: 10045189

My main discovery is the “one task” rule. Instead of trying to do everything at once, I choose one thing that is most important today and focus on it. For example, yesterday it was tidying up my desk. Believe it or not, even such a small thing gave me a sense of control and satisfaction!
I also started using a timer: 25 minutes of work, 5 minutes of rest. This helps me stay focused and not get overwhelmed. I've also noticed that a cozy workspace (for example, with a candle lit or my favorite music playing) makes the process much more enjoyable.
How do you manage your tasks? Do you have any organization hacks of your own? Share them with me, I'm always looking for new ideas!
