5 books that changed my worldview
id: 10056387

The second is “The Subtle Art of Not Caring About Anything” by Mark Manson. After it, I allowed myself to be imperfect. I stopped worrying about the opinions of random people and focused on what really matters.
The third is “The Easy House” by Francine Jay. Thanks to her, I threw out half the dishes and sighed with relief. It turns out that we need much less stuff than we think!
The fourth is “Mindset” by Carol Dweck. I stopped saying I was stupid at this and started learning. It turns out that ability is not a given, but the result of effort.
Colin Tipping's Fifth Radical Forgiveness. I learned to let go of grudges, even against the school teacher who said I had no ability.
I read for 10-15 minutes before bed and after a month I noticed that I began to think differently. These books became real therapy for me.
