The second is to eat a frog. I do the most unpleasant thing in the morning. After that, I feel relieved and the rest of the day is productive.
The third is a magic timer. I set it for 15 minutes and say, I will tolerate this cleaning for so long. Usually, when I start, I continue further. And if not, 15 minutes are done anyway.
The fourth is to break large tasks into tiny steps. Not "write an article", but: 1) open a document 2) write a title 3) make a sketch of the structure.
The main discovery is that our brain is afraid of big tasks. But if you break them down, everything becomes possible. Now I manage to do many times more, and I feel less tired.
