But I want to talk about something else.
I have noticed that women in business are often treated more strictly than men. We have to prove our professionalism and right to leadership over and over again. Mistakes are taken harder, achievements are taken for granted. Sometimes it feels like we have to be perfect: strong but not too tough; confident but not defiant; caring but not weak.

And yet that's what makes us stronger.
A businesswoman is a person who can dream and turn dreams into reality. Behind the beautiful facade is hard work, sleepless nights, decisions in stressful situations and a real passion for her business.

I am proud that I was able to open my own beauty salon and see the result of my labor every day in the eyes of satisfied customers. I believe that respect for a businesswoman starts with recognizing her efforts and being sincere about her journey.
