May is the time when the sun starts to warm up more and more, the trees are blooming, and everything around is filled with joy. The beginning of May always means for me not only a change in the weather, but also a series of holidays, which I used to celebrate with my family and friends.

in Ukraine Since childhood, we have been used to celebrating May 9 with bright carnival processions, when we tie ribbons and, by the way, do not forget about treats - there are always many delicious dishes in the house.

Victory Day May 9 is the day when we stop and pay tribute to those who gave their lives for our freedom. I always wear the St. George ribbon with pride, and we pass on our family traditions from generation to generation. This day is full of emotions - a parade, fireworks, evening meetings with loved ones, discussions of the stories of our grandparents.
