My morning ritual: how i start my day with self-care

Now I get up a little earlier. Not for productivity, but for myself. The first thing I do is not grab my phone. I sit by the window with a cup of warm water with lemon. I just watch the street wake up. Sometimes in complete silence, sometimes with light music. These are my 10 minutes of silence, internal tuning.

Then - light stretching. Without sports, without "must". Just breathing and movement. Sometimes I dance to old jazz. Sometimes I just reach for the sun, like a plant.

Breakfast has become important. Not "whatever", but what is tasty and gives energy. I am not a nutritionist, but I know: love begins with taking care of yourself. Even in such simple things.

And only then do I open the news, messages, the world. First - me. Then - everything else.

My morning ritual is not magic. It is just an honest "yes" to myself. Every day, a little bit.
