Being at your best also means allowing yourself to be sad, to rest, and not be ashamed to have low moments. They are also a part of me. And that's okay.

Maybe now is not my day for great achievements, but that doesn't mean that I'm not worth being myself. Sometimes you just need to give yourself time to rest.
